Our editorial focus is strictly educational. We intentionally avoid advertorial-style content, as maintaining trust with our readers is a top priority. If you’re interested in writing for us, please keep in mind that submissions should provide meaningful, informative value rather than promotional messaging.

We understand that many of our contributors are also business owners or practitioners. While articles themselves are not promotional, each contributor receives an author bio that includes contact information—allowing readers to connect with you directly.

Advertising & Article Opportunities
For those looking to combine education with broader visibility, we offer article placement opportunities for our advertising partners. Full- and half-page advertisers may include article content as part of their package, and dedicated article space is also available at the rate of a full-page ad.

Why We Charge for Content
Our magazine is distributed free of charge to the community, with 10,000 copies printed and delivered across multiple zip codes each issue. Producing a high-quality publication involves significant costs, including writing, editing, design, printing, and distribution.

Because of this, we view contributor investment as a fair and valuable exchange. Not only does your content reach a highly engaged, health-conscious readership, but it also benefits from extended shelf life and pass-along exposure.

In fact, traditional marketing efforts—such as mailing a postcard with limited information—can often cost as much or more, without offering the same depth of engagement, distribution, or credibility that comes from educational content in a trusted publication.
